The turned cold plate is crafted with precision to effectively cover the IHS and apply pressure to the die area. The cold plate is manufactured from the highest quality pure electrolytic copper which is precision machined to provide the best possible contact and heat transfer and is additionally nickel plated. This version of the water block features a nickel plated cold plate with a CNC machined cast acrylic top. The EK-Quantum Velocity2 is an EK-Matrix7 compatible product.
