If you select the payment by bank transfer the pro-forma invoice will be generated automatically.

This order information (distance contract)will be stored electronically and will be available for downloading from your user's profile, section "Letters" for 2 years. After you confirm the order you will receive an e-mail message containing the link to this order information.

How can I pay for my order?

Orders on Dateks.lv can be paid in cash, by bank transfer or by credit card. For hire purchase, you can use the services of leasing companies. More information on delivery and payment terms can be found here.
Is VAT included in prices?

All prices at Dateks.lv includes VAT 21%.
What are the settlement (lease) possibilities?

Dateks.lv offers to buy goods on installment using services provided by Aizdevums.lv and Incredit.lv. For more information on hire purchase, see leasing.
What discounts are available for purchases made from Dateks.lv site?

Each order is reviewed on individual basis, however the basic precondition for applying discount is the purchase of several pieces of the same item. In this case we always contact our suppliers and award the discount that we receive to our customers. Second, discounts are possible for orders containing more than 10 items.
Can I pick up my order at Dateks.lv office?

Yes, our working hours are from 9:00 to 18:00
When can I receive my order?

If you wish to pick up your order at the Dateks office, it will be available the next working day or the day after (or within 14 days - see product info) after your order has been confirmed. If you choose delivery, the goods will reach you within 2 to 4 working days after order confirmation (or within 14 days - see product info).
How can I return my purchase?

Dateks.lv provides a 14-day right of withdrawal for all orders. More information is available in right of withdrawal.
Who provides the warranty for the goods?

Most products are guaranteed by authorised service centres, while other products are repaired or replaced under warranty by Dateks grupa SIA. For more information, please see warranty.
