Thanks to the 8 x 6+2pin PCI-Express power lines and 1000W capacity this power supply unit is intended for computers with several video cards both in SLI/Crossfire connections and 3D/CAD the software Quattro/FireGL card applications. Prior to selecting this unit verify the minimum requirements of graphic cards are regards the capacity of 12V power lines. You should buy a unit with the capacity of 12V power lines slightly above these requriements.

Active PFC (power factor correction) makes this power supply unit more environment friendly thanks to the fact that this unit uses only the effective power component in the power network without creating artificial consumption on the account of noise and fluctuations. This feature does not provide any direct advantages or disadvantages to the user.

This power supply unit has modular cables providing a possibility to connect the video cards, the hard disc and other additional cables as required from the range included in the kit. In this way the tangle of wires in the computer is considerably reduced improving the ventilation and the esthetic factor (it is of particular importance for those who buy a transparent enclosure).

Thanks to the very big diameter of the 135 mm cooling ventilator this power supply unit is much more silent than the average.
