Description
AMD 5000G series 8 cores Ryzen 7 5700G processor went on sale in August 2021. It uses the successful 7-nanometer "Zen 3" microarchitecture also found in the popular Ryzen 5000 series "Vermeer" processors. The key differentiator of the Ryzen 7 5700G APU (Accelerated Processing Unit) is its on-board Radeon Vega 8 (Zen 3) graphics card, which can be described as the most powerful on-board graphics solution in the world today.
Ryzen 7 5700G processor performance
Based on the popular CineBench R20 performance test, Ryzen 7 5700G outperforms one of the best Intel 8 processors today, the Core i7-10700K, by 8%.
Even when combined with the mightily powerful GeForce RTX 3090 discrete video card, Ryzen 7 5700G performs admirably and its FPS performance at the ultra-demanding 1080p resolution is close to the best AMD and Intel gaming processors.
Radeon Vega 8 (Zen 3) integrated video card performance
