Description - The BACscan Mobile is a modern breathalyzer based on a precise and highly stable electrochemical sensor designed specifically for this exceptional device. The tester has two operating modes, allowing it to be used without the need for a smartphone or with the use of a comprehensive app. The BACscan Mobile is equipped with Bluetooth 4.0 technology, allowing pairing with smartphones running Android or Apple iPhone. When using the app, the breathalyzer transmits test data in real time, and the blood alcohol concentration (BAC) value is displayed on the phone's screen within seconds. During the test, the app allows you to make a note, which, along with the test result and graph, can be shared via Facebook, Twitter, or text message. The device saves data from the last 1,000 tests in the app, along with the time, date, and location. When testing without the app (e.g., when you don't have access to your smartphone or it's low battery), the result is displayed directly on the breathalyzer via colored LEDs. Once connected to your smartphone, the breathalyzer will automatically export data from tests performed without the app, ensuring continuous measurements. The BACscan Mobile is a unique combination of elegance, modern design, and advanced measurement technology. The breathalyzer is powered by a single 1.5V AAA alkaline battery, and its software can verify the battery status and proper sensor operation. The device will also notify you if calibration is required. The extensive, free app allows you to change measurement units, set the alarm threshold, disable the audible alarm, activate the device, and select one of nine language versions.
