Description - UPS On-Line 10 000VA RACK 10X IEC, USB-B, LCD, metal case DUST-FREE The Armac Rack Office On-line PF1 Dust-Free series has been designed for server rooms, telecommunications racks and professional IT systems that require continuous and stable power supply.
On-line VFI Technology - Full Protection for Connected Devices
The On-line VFI topology, pure sine wave output and a 0 ms transfer time provide effective protection for connected equipment against short-term power outages, surges, voltage fluctuations and electromagnetic interference.
Connected devices are continuously powered through the double-conversion system, which means that in the event of a mains power failure, the transition to battery operation takes place without any interruption noticeable to the protected equipment.
Power Factor 1.0 - Maximum Use of Available Power
A power factor (PF) of 1.0 ensures highly efficient use of the UPS's available power. Depending on the selected model, the user has access to 6000 W or 10,000 W of active power, making it easier to match the UPS to extensive IT infrastructure.
The high efficiency of the device - reaching 95% in Line mode, 94.5% in Battery mode and 98% in ECO mode - helps reduce energy losses and the amount of heat generated during operation.
This is particularly important in server rooms and technical facilities, where UPS systems often operate continuously, 24 hours a day.
Instant Response to Power Failure
In an On-line design, power from the mains is first converted into direct current and then converted back into stable alternating current. As a result, disturbances occurring on the input side are not directly transferred to the connected equipment.
In the event of a power failure, the UPS continues supplying power from the batteries without any time required to switch between power sources. This allows protected servers, storage arrays and network devices to continue operating without restarting, data loss or interruption of ongoing operations.
Wide Input Voltage Range
The input voltage range of 110 to 300 VAC allows the UPS to maintain stable operation even in installations exposed to frequent voltage drops and increases.
Full device power is available with an input voltage ranging from 176 to 276 VAC. Between 110 and 176 VAC, the available output power is gradually reduced, while at an input voltage of 276 to 300 VAC, the maximum load is limited to 50%.
The output voltage can be set within the range of 208 to 240 VAC, allowing the UPS operating parameters to be adapted to the requirements of a specific installation.
Dust-Free Design
The Dust-Free version has been designed for operation in environments where dust, paper particles and other contaminants may be present inside a rack or technical room.
The integrated dust filter limits the accumulation of contaminants on radiators and electronic components, helping to maintain proper airflow. Effective cooling also helps maintain a lower battery temperature, which can have a positive impact on battery service life.
The filter can be periodically removed and cleaned without the need for complicated servicing procedures. Regular maintenance supports stable cooling, reduces the risk of overheating and helps maintain high device efficiency over many years of operation.
Battery System Ready for High Loads
The Rack models are equipped with 20 VRLA AGM lead-acid batteries, each rated at 12 V with a capacity of 9 Ah. The sealed battery design reduces maintenance requirements and enables safe operation in professional environments.
A connector for an additional battery module allows the system to be expanded with external battery packs. This makes it possible to adjust the backup time to the requirements of a specific installation - such as a server room, monitoring system, network infrastructure or equipment responsible for maintaining business continuity.
10 Output Sockets
In addition to IN/OUT terminal connectors, the rear panel features a total of 8 IEC C13 output sockets and 2 IEC C19 output sockets.
This configuration allows the UPS to power both standard telecommunications and IT equipment as well as devices with higher power requirements.
A single UPS can supply power to, among other things, servers, storage arrays, network switches, routers and infrastructure monitoring equipment.
Monitoring via USB and RS-232
The USB Type-B and RS-232 ports enable communication between the UPS and a computer or management system.
The PowerManager II software allows users to monitor the device's operating parameters, check the status of the power supply and batteries, and respond to events related to mains power failures.
This enables administrators to monitor system operation without having direct physical access to the UPS installed in the Rack cabinet.
Remote UPS management via a LAN network is enabled by a dedicated SNMP card module, providing integration with IT infrastructure monitoring and management systems.
