The ZWILLING Enfinigy drip coffee machine is the result of our many years of know-how in steel processing: a high-quality, high-temperature boiler. On the one hand, with a constant brewing temperature of 92 to 96°C, it ensures optimal preparation and full aroma of coffee, on the other hand, the internal part made of stainless steel is very resistant to corrosion and therefore extremely durable. To make your coffee even more aromatic, the machine, which fits size 4 coffee filters, has an infusion function - it first brews ground coffee using a small amount of water, which gives it a pleasantly soft mouthfeel. The coffee machine also has a removable aroma funnel that ensures good mixing of the brewed coffee in the carafe. A separate heating plate keeps the coffee warm for up to 30 minutes thanks to the warming function. This is especially useful if you feel like having another cup of drink. The very large water tank has a capacity of 1.5 liters. Thanks to the timer function, you can program the start time of the coffee machine to, for example, wake up in the morning with the smell of freshly brewed coffee. Because the machine meets the high requirements of the Specialty Coffee Association, including optimal brewing time and temperature, it was awarded the Certified Home Brewer award.
