Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal is applicable to you if you are a consumer. According to „Consumer Rights Protection Law” Section 1 Paragraph 3, consumer is a natural person who expresses a wish to purchase, purchases or might purchase goods or utilises a service for a purpose which is not directly related to his or her entrepreneurial activity.
Consumer may excersise the Right of Withdrawal and return the item to the seller within 14 days from the moment of purchase without explaining reasons of return.

Exercising Right of Withdrawal, please note the following prerequisites:
-    examine and test, but don’t use the item;
-    don’t open packaging of audio and video recordings or computer software (also applies to PDA(personal digital assistant), Navigation device and other software);
-    preserve and don’t damage original packaging and full set of items in package.

If you wish to exercise the Right of Withdrawal, please fill the withdrawal form and, together with document that confirms the transaction, warranty card and the item to be returned, send it to our address: Dateks Grupa SIA, Zemitanu street 6, building A, Riga, LV-1012.
We will refund you by transfering money to the account specified in the withdrawal form within seven calendar days from the moment we receive the above mentioned items and documents.
